"ポイント獲得履歴を見るために第2暗証番号を入力させる謎仕様。そこにそんな高度なセキュリティを設ける意味はなんですか？第2暗証というのは本当にセキュリティが重要な場面で特別に入力するから意味があるのであって、ポイント獲得履歴のような重要度は低いが頻繁に見たい情報のために入力させたら覗き見リスクが上がってかえってセキュリティが下がると思います。いちいち面倒でイラつくのは言うまでもありません。私の周囲で使っている人はみんなイラつくと言っています。どうもJR系のサービスはこの手の「（意味があるのかよくわからない）過剰なセキュリティ」仕様でユーザの使い勝手が下がっているものが多いですね。IT部門の内部ルールか何かだろうと思いますが、見直してほしいものです。"

"You can't register a SUICA card if you happen to have registered it with romanji. The Javascript app forces you to use katakana, which does not match with the registered name on the SUICA. Basically, if you're a foreigner, you're SOL, typical JR."
